To provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies through an end-of-year report.

To liaise with Customer Service regarding school and group visits, as well as their payment.

To assist with maintaining the School and Group Visit storage area.

To assist with maintaining teachers’ resources, and purchase or create specialized resources as needed.

To assist with preparation, organization, administration and maintenance of supplies and equipment for school and group visits.

To oversee set-ups for school and group visits.

QUEEN BC STUDIO REGISTRATION

To liaise with Registration and/or Front Desk for Confirmation documents.

To provide guidance and support to instructors as needed, including training.

To secure instructors from a roster for school and group visits.

To input school and group programs using CLASS software.To maintain the School and Group Visit Tally excel sheet for statistical and logistical purposes.To book visits using the School and Group Visit Request Form.To maintain correspondence with schools and groups and answer all enquiries.For more information, please contact Cultural Coordinator at (905) 815-5979. QEPCCC is currently looking for a part time Studio Assistant. QEPCCC offers many drop-in and registered recreational, cultural and aquatic programs, including a studio drop-in program and memberships, and an exhibitions program.
